In a quaint flower shop a kind elderly woman named Rosemary tends to her flowers and helps customers. Her rowdy and mischievous cat Basil however runs amuck and after ruining another sale Rosemary has had enough. After Rosemary leaves Basil takes it upon himself to right his wrongs and give the store a makeover, or at least he tries.
